Strategic Review of the London Borough of Newham Commercial Estate

Description:

The consultant will deliver a comprehensive review of LBN income-generating commercial property portfolio. The purpose of this commission is to assess the investment performance of these assets against market benchmarks and provide objective, strategic advice to guide decisions on retention, reinvestment or disposal.

This work will underpin a proactive programme of asset and investment management and help ensure that the best value is achieved – particularly where portfolio rationalisation is appropriate. We also require consultants to assess commercial assets currently let at sub-market rents to voluntary or community groups, evaluate the opportunity costs of these arrangements and advise whether alternative uses could generate greater financial or strategic return.
